December 14 Corporal A. Co. No.7 Camp, Preesheath, Whitchurch, Shropshire. Family moved to Windsor Road. Said to be Severely wounded May 1916. Moved away November 1916. Living at 2 Rosemount July 1917. In Douglas Hospital August 1917 totally paralysed from waist down. Discharged. Died February 21 1918.'
