Biography: Received from Knockaloe 15.11.1915. Transferred to Alexandra Palace 17.1.1919. Douglas Camp internee number: 4162. (MS 09310 Douglas Alien Detention Camp administration and discharge register;page 131). Arrived in the UK from Austria c.1900. His wife also came from Austria but they met and married in London. In 1917 she was offered and accepted an exchange passage to Austria organised by the Red Cross.(MS 11497).
