Biography: Unlawfully and with intent to defraud his creditors did conceal a certain part of his property to the value of fifty pounds and upwards. Age: 35. Term of imprisonment/fine: Whereas certain questions of law have arisen during the hearing of this case judgement hereon is postponed until the decision of the same before the Staff of Government Division of the High Court of Justice and the said John Isaac Nelson Cain is hereby committed to the Gaol of Castle Rushen until the hearing of the said questions before the said Court or until he do give bail himself in the sum of one hundred pounds with two good and sufficient sureties in the sum of fifty pounds each to attend at the said court when properly called upon and to abide by the judgement.
