Biography: He was last of a family of eleven children (four boys and seven girls) of Mr and Mrs Robert Quiggin, pioneers to Cleveland from the Isle of Man. More of the family history contained in a newspaper cutting (now in the Manx National Archive) from a Cleveland Newspaper dated 24th February 1934.
