Scope & Content: Ink sketch, showing roads and current and proposed buildings in an area abutting onto the Shore. Two properties are named. Elsewhere one area of ground is described as 'Present purchase' and another as 'Purchased by GS.' Other landowners are named also - Heywood, Buck and Harrison. Two areas are lightly coloured and a comment says 'The part coloured proposed to be let off.'
