Scope & Content: Milntown held a Volunteer camp in 1905 and the men are from either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Volunteer Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers, which were all in camp. The men at the front of the column are carrying the Northumbrian pipes, a tradition in this regiment.
