Martin talks about Eric and his family moving to the Isle of Man from Manchester when Eric was 14 living at Dreemskerry Halt on a farm at Ballajora; Eric's parents' market garden where Martin's father worked in the winter and Cunningham's Camp in the summer as Entertainment Manager; family selling flowers to hotels in Ramsey; Eric's father's investments; Eric's early view of himself as an artist; Eric and his brother's interest in photography; Eric influenced by nature, being on his own, his poor health, and the Manx Crosses.
