Walker's School, Ballacoraige, Ballaugh, Isle of Man
Date(s): c.1900
Scope & Content: This building is on the left hand side of the main road from Ballaugh Old Church (Ballaugh Cronk) heading towards Ballaugh village. It has been extended length wise, however the old school part and the gable end with the distinctive window is still the same. Another building at right angles at the back is on the same site. Both buildings are currently occupied, and look very well kept. It now has a name sign up 'Old School'. The name 'Walker's' was a former headmaster, possibly founder of the school.
