The King Orry Inn, Douglas
Date(s): 1932-1934
Creator(s): Frowde, John James
Scope & Content: On the back of this photograph Frowde writes, 'A fuller view of the King Orry Inn, giving a better idea of the size of this old hostelry. On left, the two cottages mentioned on the previous print. The windows of these were a bit of a puzzle to the beholder, and it is difficult to surmise to which house the second ground floor window belonged. As a matter of fact it is part of the cottage next to the Inn. The window frames had a home-made look, and differed considerably in size. See also SV/2'.
