Includes a printed report 'Preliminary Report to His Excellency the Lieut.-Governor of the Isle of Man, on the Present State of and Necessary Repairs to Peel Castle and the Cathedral of St Germans' written by Robert Anderson, architect of Edinburgh. Includes a printed pamphlet 'Peel Castle and St. German's Cathedral Restoration' dated 7 December 1877 listing names of subscribers and extracts of Mr Anderson's report. Includes hand drawn sketch.
