The following children are listed along with their birth date: Athol Quirk (21 June 1908), Eleanor Katherine Gell (6 November 1889), Eleanor Catherine Gell (6 November 1889), Tom Watterson (22 March 1885), Thomas Watterson (13 January 1882) and Edward Watterson (13 January 1882). Deaths listed are as follows; Grandmother Gell (Friday 14 October 1904), Grandfather Watterson (Tuesday 26 January 1904), Julia Kaighin (Saturday 3 February 1912 aged 49), Rebecca Watterson (Sunday 2 December 1928 aged 74), Thomas Edward Watterson (Monday 4 Novemeber 1929 aged 71), Tom Watterson (2 September 1885), Thomas Watterson (17 March 1882) and Edward Watterson (22 January 1882). Under the heading 'marriages' an entry states 'Katie left home on the 18th October 1911, sailed on the 20th of October'.
