Scope & Content: Beginning from the first meeting held in St James' Hall, Douglas when a resolution was passed that a company be formed to construct a railway between the four towns of the Island, Port Erin and Port St Mary, the indexed volume contains a record of directors' meetings held in London (18 Arlington Street, Picadilly) and at the Company's offices in Douglas as well as of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of the company.
