Administration / Biographical History: Robert Daniel Kermode, Vicar of Maughold, was inducted as Vicar of St George's Church on 1 October 1908 and remained Vicar until 1920 when he became Vicar of Lezayre, a position he held until his resignation in 1938. He was Canon of St Patrick. Kermode was the author of the 'Annals of Kirk Christ Lezayre' and an antiquarian. He died on 29 May 1948, aged 79.
