Scope & Content: Howstrake Camp (terraced gardens and allotments). NB Manx Electric Railway track at top of hill, note overhead wires. The glass plate is annotated '3839 Koltzow' which corresponds with the information shown on a Douglas chalet plate. However the Douglas Camp daybook appears to attribute this number to Wilhelm Slokoltzer so a mistake may have occurred.
