Scope & Content: A bas relief metal plaque with floral, floiate design background and profile head and shoulders portrait of man with central body of text and a three legs design at bottom.
The plaque was presented to No 21870 E. Cecil Kny who was an Austrian engineer and aircraft designer, resident in London until at least the late 1930s. He is mentioned in the 1917 camp report FO 383/359. He was the camp secretary of Camp IV
