Scope & Content: Mr Redpath talks to Bill Radcliffe and Walter Clarke about mines and mining in Maughold. The sound recording begins with songs sung in Manx Gaelic including ‘Saveen Millish’, ‘Graih my Chree’ and ‘My Caillin Veg Dhone'; reading from The Bible, Ezekiel chapter 37 verses 5-6 in Manx Gaelic; and songs sung in English and Manx including ‘My Young Love Said to Me’, ‘Out of the Night That Covers Me’ and ‘You Love Me Faithfully’.
