Scope & Content: The document contains details of furnishings in the house, the old way of cleaning the floor was to sprinkle it with sand; how to wash the panmugs used for milk and butter making; colouring the butter; washing the dishes; using a goose wing as a duster and sweeping; using sand for scrubbing; making brushes of broom. Lighting and making rushlights and lamps are mentioned. Mrs Kelly's grandmother lived at the mill at Greeba. Stealing bread and jam from the pantry.
