Scope & Content: On the back of this photograph Frowde writes, 'From L to R nos 21, 23, 22 & 20 New Bond St, the lofty buildings ending with the LMS Offices on Parade St, in my early days 'The Parade'. One of the finest buildings in the town, and fairly modern withal. Pitiful. Mr Philip Caine referring to it in a 'Times' article, describes it as 'An extremely handsome and solid piece of work'.
