Scope & Content: On the back of this photograph Frowde writes, 'House with the quaint iron railings. Third attempt. Light never on it when free. This 4.30pm. The iron railings in shadow but the well worn steps are eloquent of long usage. Spittal's house No.14 Seneschal Lane; saw brass numbers (figures) on door 29.1.33'.
