Scope & Content: On the back of this photograph Frowde writes, 'By the shape of the ladies straw hats, tiny high crown - broad brim and fastened with a hat pin, circa 1900. Perhaps later; the 1900 hats had a smaller and higher crown than those in the photo - more like [diagram]. Falcon Cliff Pavilion still there'.
