Scope & Content: Built 1971 as 'Holmia' for Silja Line. In 1973 became 'ASD Meteor' of International ship charter of Singapore. Chartered to Sealink and renamed 'Penda' then in 1980 changed to 'NF Jaguar' in P&O group. In November 1982 purchased by Fisher of Barrow and chartered to Isle of Man Steam Packet Company. Name changed to 'Peveril' and purchased outright by IOMSPCo in 1993.
