Scope & Content: A forest of masts in this view taken by the fish steps. In the background the building with three dormer windows had the top floor added to the designs of J.T. Boyde whose plans were approved by the Commissioners in May 1902. The client was Captain John Clarke who was going to have the roof re-slated so decided to raise the walls at the same time to gain the additional space.
