Scope & Content: Pre printed poster with words George Inn inked in. This female artist will exhibit at the George Inn, Castletown for three nights only having just arrrived from Germany. She is known 'in all the Metropolitan Circles on the Continent by the designation of the 'anti-combustible female'. To illustrate her powers she will perform sixteen assorted listed feats including passing a red hot iron over her tongue, putting her bare feet into boiling lead adn pasing a cluster of lighted candles under her armpits without suffering the least pain. Entrance fee is 2 shillings for box and one shilling in the pit with doors opening at 7pm for an 8pm start.
