Scope & Content: On the left is George Edge who was part of the original management team. George had technical knowledge on glass production from raw materials.
The clay receptacles were installed inside a refractory brick furnace and would hold around 1 ton of molten glass. The furnaces were fired by either Liquid Propane Gas or Diesel Gas Oil.
