Scope & Content: Track 1: John Sherlock and Mrs Carmel Sherlock talk to John Beckerson about their time running the Melrose boarding house in Douglas. They talk about moving to the Isle of Man to run Melrose; working long hours; changes in the type of people coming to the island on holidays with more people coming for walking and heritage; poor state of properties; staffing, guests and how they run the business and changes to the tourism industry in the recent years including transport.
