Track 2: Hymn, ‘At the cross, at the cross where I first saw the Light’; service by The Reverend Eddie Cubbon in which he mentions Leslie Kelly (ex-town clerk of Peel) and huge congregation at Methodist chapel, Salisbury Street, Douglas; decline in Sunday school attendance and religion; trouble at Strangeways prison; his time in Burma, in the jungle, during the Second World War; hymn, ‘The sands of time are sinking’; and finally The Blessing, said in English and Manx.
