Forbes, Ross, Black and Kennedy are very happy to have been naturalised; he goes on to enclose [not present] petitions from Messrs. Athure, Folley and Hamilton, who also wish to be naturalised; the rest of the letter covers remittances and customs duty, a barrel of herring sent to the Duke, and Cochrane's health.
