Scope & Content: A manuscript letter from John Quayle [the Younger], informing Humphrey Harrison that he has had no 'transaction or interview' with [Edmund] Hoskins or [Hugh] Hamersley since the Duke of Atholl left London, and says he does not believe either of them have 'turned more remiss in the Manx appeals or appeared partial to Stevenson;' Quayle then goes on to report that Mr. Murray [John Murray, 3rd Duke of Atholl] has arranged with the Viscount of Stormont for a deed to be executed, and the deed will be sent to the Duke in Scotland.
