Scope & Content: Extracts of internment related sections of IWM recording transcriptions obtained by Yvonne Cresswell (MNH Social History Curator) in 1989 and used for internment interpretation in the Manx Museum Social History galleries internment section (1991), the Lliving With The Wire exhibition and booklet (1994) and other research. The extracts have annotations by Yvonne and were what she selected from transcriptions available at the time of purchase from the Imperial War Museum.
Strictly no copying or photographing by agreement with the Imperial War Museum. Notes may be taken. The original recordings are available through the IWM website.
