Scope & Content: A manuscript copy of an extract from 'File 1706,' containing a finding delivered by the House of Keys at a Court of General Gaol Delivery, which declares that the acquittal of Henry Taylor given by the Grand Jury was not a legal verdict, being contrary to the evidence produced; as such, the Keys fine the members of the Grand Jury 20 shillings each.
