Scope & Content: A manuscript copy of an application, which state that due to there being a vacancy in the House of Keys by the death of William Kelly, the Keys propose Thomas Moore and William Moore to fill the vacancy; in a postscript, it is stated that the Keys asked for the return of the original in order to nominate two new individuals, Daniel Fleming Wilson and John William Jeffcott; the original accompanied MS 09707/9/996.
