Scope & Content: A manuscript copy of a precept issued to the Coroner of Michael Sheading, ordering him to give public notice that a Court of Tynwald is to be held on 1 October, in order to appoint a new member to the Committee of Highways, as Caesar Bacon has declined to act as one of its number, and also pass the High Road Fund accounts; the Coroner is also ordered to give personal notice to the members of the House of Keys, residing within his sheading, that their attendance is required; original dated 25 September 1822.
