Edward Crebbin, fisherman of Port Erin, showing his shed with drying fishing lines and callig (fish) hanging outside
Date(s): 1900-1919
Creator(s): unknown photographer
Scope & Content: Edward Crebbin was the brother of John Crebbin and uncle to Jack, Herbert and Nancy (Edith Annie later Gell). Edward's father was also called John.
There is some suggestion that the sheds were made from old bathing huts with the wheels removed. Also, an accompanying note postulates that the location of the scene may be the present car park opposite the public shelter and toilets.
