Creator(s): unknown

Scope & Content: Depiction of a boating incident at Douglas Head, possibly an accident which took place in late August or early September 1888. A boat was wrecked off the coast and two of the daughters of Ingram, the lighthouse keeper, set out with Ingram and John Milne. The lighthouse keeper and his daughters are my ancestors. I have the certificate awarded to Margaret Lee Ingram from the Royal Humane Society. Do you by any chance sell copies of the print as I would love to have one to go with my certificate. - Cathy Peet Report this
