Lancs. 38 Brigade 15th Div. (Division). Medit. Exp. Force (Mediterranean Expeditionary Force) G.P.O. London. 14 W.Point Mudros, Lemnos. Has gone to Mesopotamia. Letter dated 25/3/16 received May. Nov. 1916 No.4 Co. 16 Platoon 38 Inf. Bri. (Infantry Brigade). 13 Div. Killed Feb.1917 near Kut.' Note: Killed in action, 9 Feb 1917.
