Biography: Age 38, Ray Cowles comes from Monkswood, near Usk, Monmouthshire, and is engaged in the motor cycle business. He has been racing since the early 1950's and had been placed many short circuit meetings, being also Welsh Road Racing Champion. He won the Carrowdore "100" In 1959.
