Biography: Junior - Velocette
Age 33, Duffy, a civil servant from Wallasey, has competed in the North West “200,” the Skerries “100,” at Eppynt and at other short circuits each year since 1949. He rode in the Junior Clubman’s T.T. of 1951, but was forced to retire on the first lap.
His machine is a 348 c.c. 1949 KTT Velocette.
He is entered by Victor Horsman Ltd., of Liverpool.

Sadly died, aged 47, competing in the 1966 Lightweight TT.
