Biography: Age 29, Anthony Fisher is a civil engineer from Morpeth, Northumberland. Ho began racing in 1956 and has competed at Aintree, Snetterton, Charterhall, and many other circuits. In 1957 he rode in the 350 c.c. Newcomers' race and finished 27th, but in 1958, competing in the Junior Manx, he had to retire on the first lap. He was 36th in the 1959 Junior at 82.23 m.p.h. winning a Replica, and was also third in the Bemsee 350 c.c. championship. Last year, however, he had to retire on the last lap of the Senior Manx.
Anthony's machine is the 1960 model which he rode last year. Hobbies: "Standing on the corner watching all the girls go by." (TT Special, 5 September 1961, p.11)
