Age 25, Roy Godwin is a motorcycle mechanic from Quebec, Canada. He was a member of the Norton team in Canada in 1951 which won the manufacturer’s trophy in the Castrol-Bentley Trial. He also helped the Sports M.C.C to win the club team trophy in the C.M.A. trial.

During 1951 Roy won three St. Eugene races and the St. Eugene Grand Prix, together with four Cornwall events. He set five lap records during the year. He rode in the 1952 Junior and Senior T.T., but was out of luck and retired in both races.

Hobbies: Photography, pen and ink and pencil drawing, building scale models.
