John Desmond Hamilton

Biography: Age 25, John Desmond Hamilton is a company director and comes from Highland, Southampton. He has gained a fair number of successes at Blandford, Castle Combe, Oulton Park, Silverstone etc and was 39th in the 1956 Junior Clubman's. He rode in last year's 350cc Newcomer's race, but retired at Sulby Bridge with engine trouble.

Sadly died, aged 26, competing in the 1959 Senior MGP. During the opening lap of the race he crashed at the 33rd milestone on the mountain section.
