Biography: Age 24, Neil Pendreigh is an agricultural worker from Kirriemuir, Angus, Scotland, who has ridden at most Scottish circuits, usually finishing in the first half-dozen. He rode in the "Manx" for the first time last year, coming home fifith in the Junior race at 80.50 m.p.h. His machine is an ex-Eric Hinton Manx Norton with 1958 frame and forks, fitted with an ex-works engine with large carb. and twin-spark magneto.
