Biography: Age 20, Frederick Rogers is a motor-cycle mechanic and comes from Hulme, Manchester. He has been racing for two seasons, mainly at Oulton Park, Ouston. Rhydymwyn and Wallasey. Last year he won his heat at the Wallasey Road Races, but dropped the machine in the final. His machine is a virtually standard 1960 Gold Star. Hobby: Swimming.
