Biography: Age 26, Sadao Shimazaki is a test rider for Hondas, and comes from Tokyo, Japan. He rode in the T.T. for the first time last year, but he had already had Volcano Road Race. In the 125 c.c. T.T. he came home eighth at 79.87 m.p.h., with a Silver Replica, but although he entered for the Lightweight (250) he was a non-starter. (TT Special, 16 June 1961, p.16.)
