Biography: Age 34, Frantisek Stastny is a works test-rider and comes from Prague, Czechoslovakia. He has only ridden in the T.T. once before this year - in 1957 when he finished 12th in the Lightweight (250). Last year he won both 250 and 350 c.c. classes of the Czechoslovakian Grand Prix and was second in the 350 c.c. class of both the French and Italian Grands Prix.
