Biography: Age 25, Noami Taniguchi is a tester and comes from Tokyo, Japan. He was second in the 250 c.c. class of the Asama Volcano road race in 1955 and third in the 350 c.c. class of the same event in 1957.

Naomi showed brilliant form in the 1959 T.T. practices, and in the 125 c.c. race he brought his Honda into sixth place—highest of all his team. He won a Silver Replica, and was a member of the winning Manufacturer's Team. Last year he did even better - he was sixth in both 125 and 250 c.c. Lighweight races, with a Bronze and a Silver respectively.
