Biography: Junior – Norton
Age 25, Carl Todd is an electrician, and comes from Towyn, near Rhyl. In 1958 and ’59 he raced a 250 c.c. push-rod Velocette, and won the first heat of his very first race. He has competed at Rhydymwyn, winning heats, on the same machine, and at Oulton Park. Up to date he has only been in six races on his Norton, which is a 1959 model.
