Biography: Age 31, Eric Vincent is a carpenter and comes from Uxbridge, Middlesex. He has raced at various short circuit meetings and has won events at Brands Hatch and Crystal Palace. He competed in the Sidecar T.T. for the first time in 1959 and came home 19th, with a Finisher's Award. Last year he was 14th, at 71.30 m.p.h. with a Bronze Replica, and after the T.T. he won sidecar races at Mallory Park, Crystal Palace and Brand's Hatch. (TT Special, 16 June 1961, p.19.)
