Not to be confused with J. R. (“Jock”), S.R. West is a motor dealer of Oxford. Has experience of short circuit races at Cadwell Park and elsewhere, but made his first appearance in the Island last year only, when he competed in the Junior on a D.K.W., but did not finish.
