Biography: A fabricator/welder from Greatworth, David first competed in the TT in 1999. Riding in the Sidecar races with passenger David Gledhill, who hails fron Northants, they finished in 45th place in the second race, having lapped at over 90 mph. The year 2000, saw the same pairing finish 38th and 49th respectively.
Sadly David died suddenly [of natural causes] on 1 January 2001 at the age of 39, before being able to show his full potential on the TT Mountain Course, which he enjoyed so much.
