Peter Alexander
Record type: Motorsport Biographies
Biography: Age 28, Peter Alexander is a draughtsman and comes from North West London. He has ridden at Thruxton, Snetterton, Cadwell, Brands Hatch and elsewhere - in fact at most short circuit meetings. His first 'Manx' was the Junior of 1955, when he had gear box trouble whilst lying within replica time. He was 14th in the 1956 Senior Clubman's, but in practice for the same year's Manx he crashed and was a non-starter. He missed all the 1957 racing - and most of last season's - due to a visit to Canada and USA. He returned to the fray, however, in time to ride in last year's Senior Manx, finishing 50th with, as he says, "parts broken on bicycle." Hobbies: Music and Photography
